Vichal PATTOO
Executive Director & CEO
Vichal excels in developing tailor-made solutions (structuring, wealth & asset administration) for clients with his +19 years in the financial services industry.
He served key roles in accounting, fund administration & business development with renowned services providers, as well as boards of directors of investment funds, fund managers, investment advisers & investment dealers.
Vichal has a successful proven track record in an advisory capacity to a brokerage firm, which is among the UK Top 100 Companies.
He assists individuals, families & businesses to align their international aims & objectives, given the ever-changing tax & regulatory environment.
Over time, Vichal has developed a strong understanding of business needs of clients & the international business milieu to optimise their business.
Vichal's well-established repertoire of capabilities is complemented by his excellent interpersonal, leadership and strong customer-orientation skills.
Admitted as a member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors (MIOD) since 2011, Vichal professionally adheres to the Code of Ethics, championing best business practices and effective corporate governance and has been maintaining a clean record.
Louis Amedee DARGA
Director
Mr. Darga is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (FRSA).
He is a Chairperson of the Southern & Eastern Africa Trade Information Network Initiative and the Mauritius Africa Business Club. He served as Chairperson of Enterprise Mauritius until 2014.
He is the Managing Partner of StraConsult Ltd, a management and economic development consulting firm, and serves as independent director on various boards and enterprises.
Mr. Darga is an Honorary Fellow of the Institute of Engineers in Mauritius and a Fellow of the Mauritius Institute of Directors. He is a former member of parliament and a former Minister. He served as the Mayor of Curepipe town and was a Member of the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa and the African Association of Political Science. He was also a Member of the Mauritius National Assembly.
Reza ALIHOUSSENE
Non-Executive Director
Reza creates tailor-made financial packages for his clients, especially for expatriates in France, working a lot on structured financial products.
Reza is an independent wealth manager & financial advisor (CGPI) at CLVFinance (France) which specialises in financial investment & wealth management. Reza is responsible for assets under management (AUM) valued at EUR 100m and a portfolio of 70 clients, managing portfolios of high-end clientele and creating tailor-made structured products, choice of securities and hedge funds and private equity solutions.
Reza brings his expertise in financial markets for clients through his training & experience. Reza is also a member of a wealth management group, which gives him access to a whole range of experts, including lawyers and tax specialists.
Reza is also a majority shareholder & the managing director of Capstock Ltd, a Mauritius-licensed broker, with +10 years expertise in trading.
Shameer MOHUDDY
Independent Director
Shameer is an independent legal practitioner in Mauritius with +18 years’ experience in the legal industry. His main areas of practice are corporate law, commercial law, employment law, banking law & taxation.
Shameer started off his career in the global business sector as in-house legal at Ernst & Young Financial Services Ltd, an ex-management company. He then joined Legis & Partners as a Partner, a legal consultancy firm and now runs his own law practice.
Shameer read law at Queen Mary College, University of London (UK) & is a Member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple (UK). After successfully completing his Bar Vocational Course at the Inns of Court School of Law, London, he was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2000 and to the Mauritian Bar in 2003.
Shameer is the Chairperson & an Independent Non-executive Director at Warwyck Phoenix VCC, a global business company and investment fund (expert fund), and also serves on different boards.
Shameer served as a Member of the Commission on the Prerogative of Mercy and was a former Commissioner of the Equal Opportunities Commission and a former Vice-Chairperson of the National Economic and Social Council.
